Almonds: Just plain almonds are a great snack. Their healthy, have lots of protein, and don’t have to be refrigerated.
That’s it bar: If you have lots of allergies like me you will understand the struggle of finding snacks that you can eat and that’s why I find snacks like this absolutely amazing. The only two ingredients are apples and blueberries. They do have other flavors, but this one is my favorite.
Justin’s Almond Butter: This snack has been amazing. I keep one of these in my purse at all times and if I’m out for awhile and start getting hungry I reach for this.
Skinny Pop Popcorn: I only recently found this and I was so happy because it has no dairy or wheat which means I can eat it. I almost started jumping up and down in the store out of excitement.
All of these snacks have three ingredients or less, so you don’t have to worry about what’s in them. They are all vegan and gluten free.
