Easy DIY Pots

Easy DIY Pots

I have always had a black thumb. I would buy a plant, research how to take care of it, and it would die. I love plants and have never given up on trying to have a green thumb, or at least not killing every plant I buy. I bought a cactus a year ago and it’s still alive; with that accomplishment I decided it was time to buy more plants! Most of the pots I saw were quite plain, so I decided to buy some plain pots and DIY them. I did find a few pots with designs on them, but they were a lot more expensive. Also this way I can get exactly what I want and make them match my room.

Please Don’t Die Planter: Just take a black paint maker and write something that you like or find funny on the side.

Pattern Pot: Same as the first one just use a paint marker to create your design on the pot

Hopefully I’ll have pictures up on my blog soon, and if you’ve ever got any problems with that “black thumb,” I’m sure I could help 🙂

I just recently got a few of my own, and cute 2″ pots as well. I’ve been painting those, and looking for cute ideas online. Found your blog on wordpress and I love it!
